As the days grow shorter and the winter chill sets in, finding a perfect photoshoot location that offers both beauty and warmth can be challenging. Enter the Rawlings Conservatory—a hidden gem in Baltimore that’s a haven for photographers and their clients seeking a cozy, tropical vibe during the colder months.

Located within Druid Hill Park, the Rawlings Conservatory is an oasis of lush greenery and vibrant blooms, housed in a stunning historic glass building, giving you the opportunity to enjoy nature’s beauty year-round. Waiting for you are an abundance of  palms, ferns, orchids, tropical and mediterranean vibes.

The conservatory’s exterior is just as stunning, so if the weather permits, we can pop outside for a few photos as well.

For those looking to make the most of their photoshoot day, consider combining your visit to the Rawlings Conservatory with stops at nearby Clipper Mill and Artifact Coffee.

The Rawlings Conservatory is definitely worth a visit, whether you’re planning a photo session or just looking for a sweet date idea. If you want to add a second location, Clipper Mill is just a few minutes away, and we can always stop at Artifact Coffee for some cozy cafe vibes to your session.

At $150, the Rawlings Conservatory is not cheap but it’s an investment in the quality and beauty of your photos. I have to say, it’s certainly worth every penny!

Have fun browsing through some recent photos taken at Rawlings and see what this awesome place has to offer!
